Where do I pick up my excess financial aid?

 

If, after financial aid funds have been disbursed and applied to a student's charges for tuition and fees, a student has an overage that student may receive a refund. 

If the student has signed up for Auto Deposit or eRefund, he/she will receive the refund within 3 business days and it will be electronically deposited into the bank account he/she has authorized. However on some occasions, depending on your banking institution, it could take up to 5 business days. If a student has not signed up for Auto Deposit, Bursar Services will print and mail your refund check to the student's Mailing Address. It is the student's responsibility to keep their bank account information and Mailing/Billing Address updated.

To sign up for Auto Deposit you will need to log on to ONE.ou.edu, click the Financial tab at the top left of the home screen and click "eRefund" to set up your account information.
