What are electronic or eRefunds?


The university offers eRefund as a way to apply a student’s credits (loans, grants, and scholarships) against institutional student account charges (with proper authorization) and automatically refund any remainder to the checking or savings account he/she designates. To set up an eRefund profile, use the following steps:
  • Log in to
  • Select the Financial tab located
  • Click on the eRefunds section
  • Enter the appropriate routing and account information

Refunds are processed daily with the exception of university and bank holidays. Financial aid awards will be processed and transmitted electronically to designated bank account within two business days.
